We at PhytoHealth, incorporated in 1998, a member of Maywufa Biopharma Group, have dedicated ourselves to the post-IND stage of new botanical and NCE drug development and have been making significant progresses ever since our incorporation. In recognition of our achievements in both technological innovations and pharmaceutical product developments, we were presented major national awards and government grants in the last few years (see Awards & Recognitions and Milestones). PhytoHealth became the first new drug development company listed on Taiwan OTC Market in 2002 and on Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2008, not only because of our success in science but also of our relentless pursue of better corporate governance and constant awareness of our social responsibilities.
